1. License

GigVibz is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the GigVibz Progressive Web App on the number of active devices permitted by your license tier (Individual: 2 devices; Business: 5 devices).

2. Not a subscription

GigVibz is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring billing. Future major versions may be offered separately; Business License holders receive a major-version upgrade credit.

3. Delivery & installation

GigVibz is delivered as a Progressive Web App accessible from your browser. There is no App Store or Google Play download. Browser compatibility is best-effort and not guaranteed for every browser or device.

4. Internet connectivity

GigVibz requires an active internet connection for full functionality and is not an offline-first application. Users are encouraged to export PDF gig sheets ahead of performances where connectivity may be unreliable.

5. Support

Email support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific response time. Business License holders receive priority handling.

6. Account & device management

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Active devices may be managed and deactivated from your in-app license dashboard.

7. Refunds

Because GigVibz is delivered as a digital license activated immediately on purchase, all sales are final unless required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

GigVibz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to GigVibz is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
