FAQ
Common questions
Plain answers about how GigVibz works.
Is GigVibz a subscription?
No. GigVibz is a one-time purchase, perpetual license. You pay once and own your workspace.
How do I install GigVibz?
After purchase you'll receive activation instructions. Sign in from your browser, then use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" or "Install app" option. See the install guide for step-by-step.
Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
No. GigVibz is installed directly from your browser as a Progressive Web App. There is no App Store or Google Play download.
Can I use GigVibz offline?
GigVibz requires an active internet connection for full functionality. Before a performance where reception may be unreliable, export a PDF gig sheet so you have it on hand.
What happens if I get a new phone or computer?
Sign in on the new device. If you've reached your device limit, open your license dashboard and deactivate an old device to free up a slot.
What's the difference between Individual and Business licenses?
The Individual License ($79) is for a single solo gigging musician with up to 2 personal devices. The Business License ($149) is for music contractors, booking agents, or band leaders managing bookings for others, with up to 5 active devices and priority email support. The Business License is not an enterprise or unlimited multi-user plan.
Which browsers should I use?
Desktop and Android: Chrome or Edge work best. iPhone and iPad: use Safari. We can't guarantee compatibility with every browser or device.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Individual License holders can upgrade to a Business License from the in-app license dashboard.
